ABOUT

Prior to founding Mindset Wellness and Consulting, Dr. Workman worked as a clinical psychologist at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and held academic appointments including Clinical Instructor of Medical Psychology and Assistant Professor of Medical Psychology. The Accelerated DBT program helped folks meet meaningful life goals through the reduction of suicidal and non-suicidal self harming urges and behaviors, increase in behaviors that foster treatment effectiveness, and decrease in behaviors that interfered with quality of life and well being.
